Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

1. Embassy or Immigration Decisions

Visa refusal, rejection, or delays caused by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.

2. Applications in Progress

If your application has already been submitted or processing has begun.

3. Client-Provided Information Issues

If incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information or documents are provided by the applicant.

4. Third-Party Charges

Government fees, embassy fees, biometric charges, or any third-party payments made on your behalf are strictly non-refundable.


Refund Request Process

  • Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the original payment date

  • Please include:

    • Full name

    • Payment reference or transaction ID

    • Service purchased

    • Reason for refund request

Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed

Important Notes

  • Refund amounts may be subject to payment gateway or bank processing fees
